Be Bold.

At Rise Above PMDD, boldness is at the core of everything we do.

Boldness is going for gold. It takes guts to strive for more instead of settling for the way things have always been. 

Boldness is making the tough decisions. It's embarking on the uncertain and scary journey of chasing the things we desire. It's a firm and unyielding "fuck no" to status quo.

When faced with hopelessness and defeat, we choose to keep moving forward. Ultimately, we decide how our story will end.

Play the long game.

While everyone else is busy chasing the next shiny bright object or quick-fix, we strive to master the things that have stood the test of time. 

The stuff that actually works.

Working hard isn't enough. We work hard at the things that matter.

Playing the long game is an investment in the future. It means having trust in the process and skin in the game.

It's patience and effort, strategically picking the right moves (and discarding what doesn't serve us) so we can continue to grow at our own pace.

Own your shit.

No one is coming to save us, and no one is going to do the work for us.

Changing how we feel starts with taking control of our wellbeing.

Owning your shit is facing the facts as they are. It's taking a hard, cold look at our habits and behaviors, without blame-shifting or justifications.

It's showing up - even when we don't feel like it.

It's commitment, diligence, and responsibility to a stronger tomorrow.

We are warriors.

My name is Barbara, and I'm a PMDD warrior who serves other women like you.

For the last 9 years, I've been carving a small space in the fitness + health industry. Since then, I've been helping women lose weight, get stronger, and build a body they're proud to call home.

I believe getting stronger is the key to looking good and feeling great.

My mission: to help women feel empowered and in control of their health and fitness, without spending hours in the gym (and without giving up the foods they love).

I'm here to serve and assist you, in every step of your journey.

I want to show you that, by turning your focus to building up and nurturing your body, changing how you look and feel becomes a much more enjoyable process.
